End-to-end brand revival and apparel collection for Stiffy.

Stiffy, a board brand dormant for over 25 years, was revived through a full identity and product redevelopment spanning branding, apparel, and production. I worked across the entire process from brand direction and graphic development through to garment production, reconnecting the original surf culture references with a contemporary visual and product system. The design work included a refreshed wordmark system, hand-drawn graphics for apparel, and custom illustrations applied across tees, tracksuits, and surfboards. Alongside this, I developed technical packs, mockups, and production files to support manufacturing. I also sourced fabrics, defined colourways, and coordinated with manufacturers in Bali to oversee sampling and production refinement. The final collection reintroduced the brand through a unified system of identity and product, balancing heritage references with a more contemporary execution across clothing and surf hardware.
